Pennine Steam in the 60s.   In 2 parts this looks at Huddersfield – Marsden, with Black Fives, Jubilees, Britannias, 8F’s, 9F’s and Stanier and Fairburn Tanks along the Colne Valley which are contrasted with footage of the same locations in 1990s, and Bradford – Huddersfield with comprehensive film of Bowling Junction, Low Moor shed, Greetland as well as Elland, Brighouse and Hillhouse.  Video, NTV Entertainment, 1992, 55 mins.  £4

B&R  Video Productions Vol 25  Steam Remembrance 1964.   Taken in 1964 by Bob Todd and visiting various locations including Paddington, Exeter, Wadebridge, Yeovil, Cromford & High Peak line, Thornton Junction, and Scotland.  Nearly 90 different locomotives of 30 classes are to be found on this video.  B&R Video Productions, 1992, 55 mins.  £4

 

B&R  Video Productions Vol 66  Southern Steam Finale No. 6 Spring of 1967.  There is good coverage of the steam scene at waterloo, Weymouth, Bournemouth and Basingtoke, along with four railtours viewed from the lineside and train to give glimpses of less visited areas.  Video, B&R Video Productions, 1999, 60 mins.  £4

Oxford to South Wales.  Filmed in colour and beginning at Oxford this film contains an in depth look at the Fairford branch in 1962.  Also Banbury, Bordesley, Worcester, Swindon, Gloucester, Pontypool Road, Blaenavon and Cardiff are seen with a variety of different locomotives, including Halls, Castles and GWR tank engines.
